January Redfish

On Sunday, we launched from Jensen causeway and ran north to the east bank of the river. We fished first light, and then the wind picked up, blowing 15 out of the north. We kept fishing the shoreline, continually catching snook, most of ended up with twenty or twenty five. I caught three redfish and we spooked quite a few more. I also caught a decent flouder. In between quality bites, we had action from jacks, ladyfish, and snapper. Not a bad day, seemeing that the wind picked up to a north easter blowing every bit of 25.
